Born out of a deep love for DeSoto and a bold vision for the future, Forever Forward is the bold five-year strategic vision of Disciple Central Community Church, in collaboration with Prosperity BCDC, designed to spark meaningful economic growth and drive lasting social transformation. . It's our blueprint to empower youth, strengthen families, expand homeownership, develop businesses, and activate community leadership - all through the power of faith in action.
We see the need. We hear the call. And we're not waiting on change -we're creating it. We believe the Church should do more than gather. It should rebuild, restore, and revive.
That's what Forever Forward is all about - equipping our community to rise stronger,
walk in ownership, and live with purpose.
